Cassie is out a standard doe I owned for a bit - Ozark Jewels LAZ Star Rattler - and looks quite a lot like her dam only in her sire's coloring. 
She's gone through awkward stages to be sure but has leveled out again as a two year old first freshener. 

Her first freshening udder is promising, with plumb teats and general shape, already good medial, and rear attachments. She's a good dam but a bit forgetful as far as taking her babies with her, silly girl.

Cassie was a standoffish kid but has grown into one of the friendliest does on the place. The unknown is from her maternal line - some Alpine WAY back there, which is where the VERY persistent elf ears have came through.
