About the Farm
Thank you for stopping by!
Hefty Goat Holler Farm is home to registered Kinders, Miniature LaManchas, and a few LaManchas for the mini program. The primary goal is to raise happy, healthy animals that are efficient and productive - goats that can provide families with delicious milk and milk products and/or meat.
Hefty Goat Holler Farm is located in the beautiful Ozarks of northwest Arkansas. It was purchased in 2014 and began with just three doelings. I fell in love with these quirky, personable creatures and began growing the herd and consuming every scrap of information I could find on how to raise happy, healthy goats. I've included some of those sources here: Goat Husbandry Resources. I also have an ever-growing blog full of handy goat information! Brand new to goats? This post is a good place to start.
In 2017, I took the plunge into registered stock and added Kinders to the herd. In 2018, I added my first registered Miniature LaMancha. Currently, my Miniature LaManchas are registered with MDGA and/or TMGR, and a few are also recorded with the Dual Purpose Goat Project. Kinders are registered through the KGBA. Standard LaManchas are registered with ADGA.

After an initial contact via email, I will gladly provide a contact number. As of 2024, it is more reliable to contact me via my farm page on Facebook - Wix does not have a user-friendly messaging platform.
Let me know what you are looking to purchase or if you just have questions! I am always up to chat about goats.
Please read the For Sale page before emailing! Your questions may be answered there. Additionally, I have several blog posts on my own management practices.
Thank you!
